ICAL redefines the lab as the community itself, where grassroots teams work directly with vulnerable populations to identify real-world challenges. Through daily engagement, they uncover inefficiencies and solutions, creating opportunities for technology-driven innovation rooted in firsthand experiences and local insights.

On-Ground Experimentation

ICAL transforms ideas into actionable test cases, piloting each concept on a small scale to create real-world solutions. Successful trials scale up, while learnings from setbacks enrich our knowledge base. This iterative approach yields practical innovations, ready for immediate adoption across projects.

Collaborative Climate Research

Our research teams are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of climate science and technology. But we cannot do this alone. We collaborate with experts, universities, government and other organizations to collectively research and test groundbreaking solutions.
